Company Policies

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Niagara Inflatables & Games has a flexible rain policy geared towards customer satisfaction. If we are unable to set up the equipment the day of the event the customer and Niagara Inflatables & Games will agree on a rebooking date and the payment will be transferred to that date less a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses incurred; loading, unloading and rescheduling.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:
Birthday Parties will not be subject to a restocking fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
On the day of your event, call our main office at 905-646-5867. Lines are redirected to our operation staff. If the weather is unsuitable for the safe operation of the rides, Niagara Inflatables and the customer will mutually agree to cancel the event due to weather.  A rescheduled date and or credits on file will be issued the upcoming business days with a sales representative.

 

If the customer has not contacted Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc. prior to the set-up crew arriving on site to set up, the payment will be considered to be used in full regardless of weather outcomes. No credit will be issued at that point.

FOR SCHOOL FUN FAIRS ONLY:
In the event of inclement weather, Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc. will relocate the inflatable equipment into the gymnasium. No cancellations will be accepted due to weather conditions. Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc., at its own discretion, may choose to move the fun fair indoors based on inclement weather or forecasted inclement weather to provide the highest level of safety for your students.

Some school boards have pre-determined alternative weather cancellation policies. Please give us a call and ask us if your school/board if you have any questions or concerns.

ACCOMMODATION AND SAFETY:
Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc., at its own discretion, may refuse to set up equipment or may return early to take down equipment due to wind or weather conditions for safety reasons. If possible, Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc. will do it’s best to accommodate customers (i.e. moving units indoors if possible) but safety of riders and users of the equipment is our primary concern.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to 14 days before the date of the event will result in the customer being charged 50% of the rental contract. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the customer being charged 100% of the rental price.

As a result, we will always make sure that any information you elect to provide us is kept confidential. We pledge that we will never provide that information to anyone else.

 

We guarantee that your Credit Card transactions are safe and secure. We also guarantee the safety of any information you provide us for your bouncy castle rentals and party rentals.

We only use your e-mail address and, any other information you elect to provide us, to better serve you and to keep you informed about changes in our site, party and rental ideas and suggestions, or new products and special pricing only available to our customers and newsletter members . You can rest assured that your information is safe with us. We look forward to serving you.

Refund Policy

Niagara Inflatables & Games Inc. does not issue refunds for customer cancelled events. Rain credits issued on file, do not expire or depreciate and do not have black out dates.
