    We take pride in doing 100% of the delivery and set up of your Bouncy Castle Rental. This ensures safe set up and takes the work out of your hands. We do allow for pick up of a limited number of your party rentals such as carnival games, fun food machines and yard cards.

    The cost of delivery is based on your location. Please contact our office for delivery rates to your address.

    On average during the summer months our drivers arrive 1-3 hours before your rental start time as indicated on your rental agreement. We guarantee that we arrive before your start time. If we have a lot of bouncy castle rentals that day, we may need to set up even earlier. If we set up early, you are welcome to use the units. Make sure to review your rental agreement and check your emails before your event date, for your set up window and to make sure that you have someone over the age of 16 to accept the delivery on site.

    If you have any questions or concerns with your rental items during your event, please contact our sales office at 905-646-5867 and we will either troubleshoot with you over the phone or dispatch a driver to assist you.

    After your event, our drivers will come to take down the units. This may be anywhere during your Take-down time as indicated on your rental agreement. You are welcome to continue using the units until the drivers arrive for pick up. Please assist our staff in clearing the units of children and any items that may be left in the bouncer so that they may continue with their schedule.
